Summer in the Psalms: Blessed Through the Battle
Summer in the Psalms: Blessed Through the Battle
Scripture: Psalm 128:1-6, Psalm 129:1-8
These psalms of ascent remind us that the blessed life is not a trouble-free life, but a God-centered one. Those who fear the Lord can walk in His blessing even while facing real opposition and suffering. Throughout history, God’s people have endured hardship, yet every enemy that rises against them is ultimately defeated. Because Christ has already secured the decisive victory through His death and resurrection, we can stand firm in today’s battles with confidence in tomorrow’s victory.
