Missions/Outreach

Whether it's reaching out to your neighbor, in your city, or a people group across an ocean our mission is clear. We have the privilege of serving with local, national and global mission partners to share the good news of Jesus to a world in desperate need of hearing it.

teens

middle & high school students

Providing a spiritual community for teenagers is an important part of leading them to become active followers of Christ. Helping to disciple this age group makes a huge difference as they start their journey in life and learn how to become disciple makers themselves.

worship

Worship/Production

This ministry utilizes the arts to provide worshipful environments where God receives the glory and honor. We believe this ministry can be a tool to help us all express worship to our God.

Medical First Responders

We are fortunate to have a Team of RNs, EMTs, LPNs and MDs who assist us by serving on a "stand-by" basis during our services and special events. Fortunately their services are rarely called upon, but this creates a high degree of security for the people attending events on campus, knowing there  are professionals on hand who can respond quickly to a medical emergency. We are always seeking persons with these skills to join us and serve, perhaps once a month, in one of our services or events. Please feel free to inquire further at mcarlson@nlcca.org

Building & Grounds

We appreciate the beautiful campus God has given us and always want it to be an attractive and welcoming place for Members, Guests and their Friends to attend. There are occasional needs to spruce up the landscaping or do minor projects on the building itself. If you have a green thumb, enjoy outdoor work with plants and grounds, or are handy with a paint brush or possess handyman skills, we'd love to connect you with these Service Teams. You can connect through mcarlson@nlcca.org

Security Team

Having a safe and secure environment for worship and special events is a priority for us and we help make this possible by having a uniformed officer and Members of our Security Team on hand at our services and events. Our Team takes part in training sessions each year for current security protocols and procedures as well as small arms training. They are a dedicated Team who enjoy serving together and typically work a rotation of one service per month. Obviously, we need reliable and responsible persons holding these positions of responsibility. You can inquire through mcarlson@nlcca.org
