A step of obedience & faith.

We believe that baptism by immersion is the biblical next step for those who have put their faith and trust in Jesus. Whether you were baptized as a child before you made a decision to follow Jesus on your own, have been a believer for many years and have never been baptized, or have recently begun your faith journey with Jesus, baptism is your next step!

Complete the form below to tell us a little more about your story and one of our pastors will be in touch to discuss baptism.

Understanding baptism...

What is baptism?

Baptism is a public declaration of faith in Jesus Christ and a picture of His death, burial, and resurrection.

Why should I be baptized?

Our music is modern and centered on worshiping Jesus together. We sing meaningful songs and create space for everyone to engage, whether you’re familiar with church or not.

Who should be baptized?

Every person who has believed in Jesus Christ and is following Him is ready to be baptized.

What is baptism not?

Baptism is not the means by which we are saved. Salvation comes by grace through faith in Jesus Christ, not through baptism.

Why do we baptize by immersion?

New Life Church is committed to creating a safe, welcoming environment on Sunday mornings where kids from birth to 5th grade can learn about Jesus through age-appropriate teaching and activities. All first time guests will check in at the preschool hallway check in desk (located to the left of the coffee bar). Kindergarten through 5th grade will participate in Kids Church upstairs. Our check-in team will show you where to go! Our preschool classrooms are on the main floor. Kids Ministry is available at both the 9:15 and 11:00 services. Children are also welcome to attend the main service with their parents.
