Groups are the relational environments where we move from rows to circles to follow Jesus together. This is where we go further into God’s Word together, invest in deeper relationships with each another, and stir one another toward Serving & Sending.

Community Groups
Community Groups meet in homes and other environments across the 828, committing to walk together for a season of time (Fall, Spring, and an adapted Summer season). Groups center around God’s Word, build relationships as we practice the “one anothers,” and stir one another to serve both inside and outside the church.
Connect Groups
Connect Groups are a simple first step to meet people and begin building meaningful relationships. These groups are ongoing and easy to jump into anytime!
Courses & Bible Studies
Courses & Bible Studies are more structured learning environments where we focus on foundational aspects of knowing and following Jesus. Courses work through themes and topics that are main emphases in Scripture, and Bible Studies move through a specific book of the Old or New Testament. These generally start at the beginning of each Fall and Spring season and will be listed on the Events page.
D-Groups
D-groups are “micro” groups (2-4 members of the same gender) who meet regularly for the purpose of mutual discipleship. These pairs/groups are more organic, so there is no formal structure or signup, but can be resourced by New Life.
