A place to belong.
New Life Church exists to help people find hope, healing, and new life through Jesus Christ. We are a church committed to biblical truth, authentic community, and helping people grow into fully devoted followers of Jesus. Everything we do is centered on knowing Jesus and making Him known through discipleship, leadership, service, and living on mission both locally and globally.
Our mission
We exist to help people find & follow Jesus.
Everything we do flows from this simple but weighty calling we get from the Great Commission.
• Find Jesus - reaching people far from God with the gospel.
• Follow Jesus - forming disciples who grow in Christlikeness.
If an idea, program, or initiative does not clearly serve this mission, we are willing to rethink or release it.
Our 10-year vision
500 Baptized. 50 Sent.
This vision gives us long-term clarity and urgency.
• 500 Baptized - Lives transformed through salvation and public profession of faith.
• 50 Sent - Leaders, church planters, missionaries, and ministry leaders released for Kingdom impact beyond our walls
We're not just counting growth - we are measuring fruitfulness and missional impact. Everything we think about doing should first be considered through the 500/50 lens.
Our discipleship flywheel
We believe disciples are formed through a simple, repeatable pathway (see Acts 2)
Gather
• Worshiping together regularly
• Centered on Scripture, prayer, and the presence of God
• The primary on-ramp into church life
Group
• Life-on-life community
• Practicing the "one another" commands
• Where transformation accelerates
Serve
• Every believer empowered to contribute (time, talent, treasure)
• Serving inside and outside the church
• Discovering purpose through participation (players on the field, not fans in the stands)
Send
• Living missionally in everyday life
• Releasing leaders and disciples
• Multiplying impact locally and globally
This is not a conveyor belt - it's a flywheel. Momentum builds as people engage at every level.
Our leadership values
Walk with Jesus
Our personal relationship with Christ is foundational. Spiritual health comes before ministry output.
Believe the best
God gave us His very best and we should want to bring our very best every time we show up. We pursue excellence through continuous improvement. Good is often the enemy of great.
Whatever it takes
We serve with flexibility, ownership, and willingness to sacrifice for the mission. We are willing to do whatever it takes.
Love what you do
We take the mission seriously, but not ourselves. We have fun and enjoy serving God together because we have more reason to rejoice than anyone - the tomb is empty!
Make it better
We show respect in public and private, protect unity, and celebrate each other's wins. Romans 12:10 says, "outdo one another in showing honor." We want a culture where honor is the norm.
Honor one another

Laugh together
We take the mission seriously, but not ourselves. We have fun and enjoy serving God together because we have more reason to rejoice than anyone - the tomb is empty!

What we believe
We believe the sixty-six books that compose the Bible are God’s true and trustworthy words which He has given us to guide us in life and is the source and final authority upon which we base our core beliefs.
(2 Timothy 3:16; 2 Peter 1:19-21; John 17:17)
We believe in only one true God who eternally exists in three Persons: God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit. Each Person is fully God and there is one God.
(Matthew 28:19-21; Ephesians 1:3-14; 2 Corinthians 13:14)
We believe Jesus Christ is fully God and fully man. He was born of a virgin, lived a sinless life, died on the cross as our substitute for the payment of sin, and rose from the dead.
(John 1:1-18; Matthew 1:18-25; 2 Corinthians 5:21; 1 Corinthians 15:3-5)
We believe the Holy Spirit lives in all believers, leads and empowers them in the pursuit of holiness and truth, and equips them for service in the Church.
(2 Corinthians 1:21-22; John 14:16-18, 26; 16:13-14; 1 Corinthians 12:11)
We believe men and women are made in the image of God, but because of sin are spiritually dead and have no hope apart from God’s salvation. Salvation is only possible because of the work of Christ and Christ is the only way by which people can have spiritual life that results in peace with God.
(Genesis 1:26-27; Ephesians 2:1-2, 5, 12; Colossians 1:27; John 14:7; Romans 5:1)
We believe all who are in Christ are now spiritually alive, new creations, chosen by God as His holy, forgiven, and dearly loved children. This new identity in Christ is the foundation for a daily growing victory over the power of sin and the lies of Satan.
(Ephesians 1:7; 2:4-5; 2 Corinthians 5:17; Colossians 3:12; Romans 6:11-14; Galatians 5:1, 16-18, 25)
We believe all of salvation is by the grace of God through faith in Christ and those whom God saves are saved for all eternity.
(Ephesians 2:8-9; John 10:27-29; Romans 8:29-30, 38-39; 1 Peter 1:3-5)
We believe God created humankind male and female, and that these two distinct, yet complementary genders together reflect the image of God.
We believe God’s design for marriage from the very beginning of creation was that it be a life-long exclusive union between one man and one woman. God’s design for this relationship was for procreation, personal pleasure, and the completion of His original creative purpose to fill the earth, as well as act as His representatives in it.
We believe sex is a gift from God to be enjoyed in the context of a monogamous heterosexual marriage relationship between a husband and his wife. Consequently, all sexual activity outside that relationship is sinful.
It is God’s expectation that the married live in faithfulness to their spouse, and that the unmarried should live pure and celibate lives.
(Genesis 1:26-28; 2:24; Matthew 19:4-6; Romans 1:26-29; 1 Corinthians 6:9; Ephesians 5:22-32; Hebrews 13:4)
We believe the Church is a community of those who are children of God through faith in Christ who seek to show their love for God through worship, service, and sacrifice.
The Church is called to regularly remember the death, burial, and bodily resurrection of Christ through baptism and the Lord’s Supper.
(1 Corinthians 12:27; Ephesians 4:11-16; John 14:15; Matthew 28:19; 1 Corinthians 11:23-26)
We believe Christ will return to establish a new heaven and a new earth and there will be a judgment that results in eternal punishment for the unrighteous or eternal perfection for the righteous.
(1 Thessalonians 4:16-18; Revelation 21:1; Hebrews 9:27-28; Matthew 25:31-46; 2 Peter 3:13)
This statement of faith does not exhaust the extent of our beliefs. Because we believe the Bible is the inspired and infallible Word of God, we look to it as the final authority on all matters of truth, morality, and the proper conduct of mankind. It is the sole and final source of all that we believe.
For the purposes of New Life’s faith, doctrine, practice, policy, governance, and discipline, our Elder Team is the final interpretive authority on the Bible’s meaning and application.
Although New Life is a non-denominational church, we choose to partner with like-minded networks and denominations.
