New Life of Asheville Guest House

Thank you for your interest in the New Life guest house! Please read the guidelines below before submitting the online Reservation Request Form to stay on campus.

Outdoors 1

The Guest House is primarily intended for use by NLCC ministry partners such as global workers on stateside assignments, church planters, guest speakers, and those serving NLCC as ministry interns and residents. Please understand that we would love to host as many individuals and families as possible, but our capacity is limited and we will not be able to approve all requests.

The Guest House Request Form must be submitted and approved prior to any stay. The length of stay will be determined on an individual basis and subject to availability. While we anticipate many stays to be just a few days, global workers on stateside assignment may stay for a period of up to four consecutive months.

If we are able to approve your reservation request, we will be excited to welcome you and do whatever we can to make your stay refreshing and enjoyable!

Guest Guidelines & Info

The Guest House has 2 bedrooms and 1½ bathrooms, and is completely furnished including appliances, linens, kitchen utensils and cookware. All utilities are provided and maintained by NLCC at no expense to our guests. Please be considerate in your use.

Guests take responsibility for general care for the house, including normal house cleaning for extended stays, and take reasonable precautions to protect the home. NLCC is not responsible for loss of contents, and residents are encouraged to consider renter’s insurance for their personal possessions.

NLCC will be responsible for any necessary repairs or maintenance. Unusual damages such as holes in walls or doors, and any obvious mistreatment of the property or furnishings, will be the financial responsibility of the guest.

No alcohol or illegal drugs will be allowed, no smoking or vaping inside the house, and no discharging of firearms is permitted. No pets of any kind are permitted.

Finally, please note that the fire pit and pavilion may be used for occasional group meetings or events. Groups will be advised when a guest is staying in the house, and privacy will be maintained for the Guest House residential space, including reasonable noise levels and curfew times.
