Hebrews 11: Abraham - Fearless Faith
Abraham has been called the father of our faith because of his unwavering trust in God even in the most challenging of circumstances. Hebrews 11 tells us that Abraham’s faith led him to obey God’s radical call to leave his homeland and everything he knew to go to a new land with a promise of becoming a great nation. We see that faith drove Abraham to live as a pilgrim, counting God’s promise as more valuable than the comforts his old life afforded him. We also see that faith drove him to live for eternal treasure, rather than earthly comfort. Great faith in a great God leads to great outcomes!

Faith isn’t the absence of doubt, it isn’t about having all the answers, faith is about learning to trust God and who He is before you see the outcome. It’s a beautiful way to live, walking by faith, and watching God illuminate each step as you take it!
