Palm Sunday (2023)
When Jesus entered Jerusalem, the crowds welcomed Him with palm branches and shouts of “Hosanna,” expecting a political king who would overthrow Rome. But Jesus came to bring a far greater salvation—freedom from sin and eternal life. He wasn’t just the King of Israel; He is the King for the whole world. As He humbly rode in on a donkey, He signaled that His mission was not conquest, but surrender, sacrifice, and resurrection. Through His death, much fruit would be borne—including the offer of life to all who would follow Him. At New Life, may we learn to lay down our own lives, embrace Christ as our true King, and live for His glory above all else!
