But anyone who takes a crooked path will get caught.”
Proverbs 10:9, NIrV

LIFE APP:
HONESTY – Choosing to be truthful in whatever you say and do
DO THIS:

 MORNING TIME

Send a text or write on your preteen's mirror, "Build a web of trust or get caught in a web of lies." If you have time, get creative and draw a spider web on the mirror or add a web emoji to the text!

 MEAL TIME

Q&A for Kids: Who is one fictional (made-up) person that you wish was real and why?
Q&A for Parents: What is the best thing you ever gained by being honest?

 DRIVE TIME

While in the car this month, ask these questions to your preteen. Be sure you answer them, too! "What does dishonesty look like to you? How does it make you feel when you are dishonest or someone is dishonest to you?"

 BED TIME

Has anyone ever lied to you? It hurts when someone doesn’t tell you the truth and then it’s hard to trust that person again. That’s why it’s so important for you to be honest! Are there specific times when you’re tempted to be untruthful? Pray for each other that you would have the courage to always tell the truth.
