new life coronavirus resource hub

Dear church family, we want you to know that we are fully committed to doing everything we can to stay connected with you and your family during this time and ensure your safety as long as Covid is perceived to be a threat. Our service times and protocols are posted on our Home Page and as we gather we promise to do so with respect for whatever levels and measures of safety are a concern for you.

As you are likely aware, the hours for our Sunday morning on-campus worship services and online worship services are at 9 and 11am Sunday. We have enacted all possible precautions for your safety, which include:

  • Virus killing ionizers in the HVAC system and hospital grade sanitizing with atomizers in-between services
  • Safeguarding each other's health by wearing masks indoors and maintaining social distance in seating
  • Providing several touchless hand sanitizers
  • And hard as it is, discouraging personal touch while on campus

Please remember, that God has not given us a spirit of fear! While we want to be wise and do our part to stem this virus for the welfare of our city and the entire nation, we also want to leverage this opportunity to grow as disciples of Jesus and serve our neighbors and community. Below you’ll find some resources for your family, and ways you can help be the hands and feet of Jesus during this time.

Community Groups/Spiritual Habits

We are so encouraged by the way you’re loving and serving your community in this season. We are praying that God would strengthen and encourage you to keep finding ways to share Christ to your homes and neighbors in the coming days, weeks, and months.  While we know during this season our community groups may not get to meet as much in physical spaces, we can still stay engaged in virtual spaces.  As you stay engaged relationally with one another we want you to be well-equipped as you do.  As a church we want to provide resources to help you do this well, so we’re sharing a Summit Church discipleship resource called "Spiritual Growth For A Quarantine Season".  In it, you’ll find various tools on how to leverage this season in regards to your home, spiritual disciplines, your community, and more.
