Men’s Ministry
Men’s Ministry at New Life Church of Asheville takes a variety of shapes from volunteering to serve together for special events or workdays to commitments of meeting together every other week in Connections Groups for a meal, fellowship, and spiritual encouragement.

Men’s Retreats
Normally we schedule one retreat a year for our men and their friends to get away from the routine, relax and rekindle their relationships, and enjoy both recreation as well as inspiring spiritual challenge.

Connections Groups
Connections are a great way for men new to our fellowship to find friends fast and establish that much needed “connection.” These are small groups which meet every other week at locations throughout the community where a meal is shared, deeper friendships are cultivated, and men have an opportunity to grow and express themselves through facilitating devotional discussions and sharing personal prayer.

Special Events
The sky is the limit when it comes to these events. Chili cook offs, golf dates, motorcycle caravans, BBQs, men’s breakfasts, super bowl parties. Any excuse is a good excuse to get men together, especially if it provides an opportunity to invite unsaved friends.

Men's Sunday School Class - Prodical God - Jan. 10 - Feb. 14

This 6 week study begins Jan. 10th @ 9 am in Room 100. "Prodigal God" calls attention to the mistaken way the older and younger brother regard God's gospel of grace and also how Jesus, though He was rich, spent everything without thought for Himself, that we might be saved. Read the book with us, join us to discuss insights in community, and realize the only way home is to accept the lavish, reckless abundant grace of a prodigal God.
